Notes:
Holy shit. I wish I didn't miss these guys last year (work got in the way) but I'm sure as hell glad they came back this year!

I've used this line before but Jeff and his crew are like a fine wine ... better with age. There was a bit of a delay in getting up on stage so I'm sure we missed a couple of tunes from the usual setlist but man, these dudes really belted them out faithfully and brutally.

Once again, Jeff was at his usual comedic (and musical) best. Plenty of gags in between but time just didn't permit for more.

Technically, the sound guy did a half decent job, though the usual lack of sparkle in the guitars and vocals needed a little massaging. The venue is actually quite impressive, acoustically. It was my first time there and the acoustics are well addressed though I can't imagine that poor carpet would last much longer with the amount of pissheads throwing their drinks around and whatnot. Still, it all helps in taming the sound and I'm actually quite pleased with how this recording turned out.

Yes, these notes are short and sweet but only because I'd just be repeating myself from previous gigs and there isn't anything about this gig that pissed me off. Just download and enjoy some fine British death metal!

...and please, don't sell this bootleg, otherwise you're just plain old scum. That and I'll get Jeff to find you and have you dissected alive.
