Notes:
I have two versions of this, both appear visually similar. Audio setup offers three options: LPCM, Dolby Digital 5.1, 5.1 DTS. Version 1 is missing the DTS track (though listed in the menu). Version 2 contains all 3 audio tracks. It's possible V1 has just been re-authored to remove the DTS track.

From the notes accompanying Version 2:
The video is from my VHS(M) recorded from the MTV2 broadcast. I had to add some filler to make up for missing video. The DTS track was added because a friend of mine liked the band and wanted to try a DTS encoder his employer had. I split the two-channel wave into six separate files and sent him the tracks. The Dolby 5.1 DTS is overkill if you ask me, and also make the DVD slightly non-compliant due to the overall bitrate.
