The notes state this is from a 2nd gen VHS but it definitely isn't. Disc starts with 5 minutes of 1991-08-17, then a small bit of footage the taper filmed at his house before heading to the show. After the gig, there is a very short snippet from another unknown show (Manson: "I've got a story I gotta tell you guys. Last night I went to this concert-") and then about a minute of an Antichrist Superstar era show (the pre-Angel intro).
