This is a direct capture of the dvb satellite signal. The dvd might not play on all dvd players since the video's resolution isn't standard compliant. This is how mtv central broadcasted it and I chose not to recode it to a compliant resolution to preserve the maximal quality. This is as best as it can get.
Unfortunately there are a few seconds missing at the beginning.
