On the way here, we were riding in the van, and, we saw a girl on the side of the road. And so we pulled over, cos she was hitchhiking. And I, and... and we came over to her... (in response to a jeer from the crowd:) no... and I said, 'Hasn't your mother told you not to hitchhike?' And she said 'No', and then, I came over to her real close, and I whispered in her ear, I said, 'This isn't gonna hurt at all.'

Notes:
- Lunchbox: first appears on the After School Special demo (recorded Dec 1991). The version performed in this video sounds further developed than this demo version (note the singing of the chrous).
- Dope Hat: first appeared on The Family Jams demo tape, which was "recorded in live warehouse sessions during 1991 and 1992". Introduced as "a new song" on 1992-07-31 performance.
- Misery Machine: matches very closely the version on Live As Hell, using the "We will ride you to Hell, until you are dead" sample. Live As Hell was recorded April 26, 1992 and is the song's first demo appearance.
- My Monkey: Manson speaks the "I make music" and "I'm the Pope" quotes. "Sanity is a little box" samples are present. These match the version on Live As Hell (April 1992). The previous demo appearance, on Lunchbox (recorded Dec 1991), uses the original Charles Manson samples, with the Pope quote first, and "I make music" later. It does not include the "sanity is a little box" line at all. This matches 1992-07-31.
- Manson does not yet have his cyclops tattoo on his right arm. By the 1993-04-16 show, he does.

I would have to lean toward this being a mid-1992 show, mainly as the songs are so similar to the Live As Hell versions. If Missie filmed it, then it's likely the third quarter of the year. Any additional info or opinion welcome.
